Peppermint essential oil is a versatile oil used in many home remedies. Peppermint oil provides a cooling sensation when applied to the skin.   1.  Reduce Hunger ~ Inhaling peppermint essential oil helps to reduce hunger. A few drops applied to the chest helps to relieve hunger pains.
  2.  Ease Joint Pain ~ A mix of peppermint and lavender essential oils with fractionated coconut oil can be applied to achy joints to help relieve the pain of arthritis.

  4. Perk Up ~ Revitalize with a few drops of peppermint essential oil diffused through the room.
